Modern science and techniques have thought mankind at least one lesson “Nothing is impossible”
When I’m reading this highfaluting title, I want to roll through my floor with laud laugh. Instead of that immature and irrational behavior, I’m wandering about typical human habitude to exaggeration accomplishments. I perfectly understand that our technology is improving every moment, every second, but it’s overstatement to say that: “Nothing is impossible”.
We are in age of exploration of space, we are in age of creating robots, which are imitating men’s behavior, but also we are very presuming about our discovers. I can adduce many things that humanity will never reach, for example: traveling with speed of light or just prevention from wars on our planet.
Traveling with speed of light is unachievable, because we will never discover way to liquidate our mass or discover infinite fount of energy, which is necessary to travel with speed of light. In other thing we can say that we couldn’t know at the moment what is impossible to achieve, but traveling with a speed of light will be unachievable for humanity for ever.
Second case is unachievable because of human mentality, loads of prejudice, tons of differences, which are ruling our lives. We can look at daily news and watch another video’s from countries, where people are killing each other, where police are shooting to opponents of department. We can read in newspaper about another wars, which are planning by USA officially to eradicate terrorism. Then we should think about history of our race. What else we get from it, without cultural attainment? Wars, overflow of blood our brothers and sisters, genocide, Holocaust. It’s unachievable to change mentality of all people on Earth.
In conclusion I can say only that to say something like “Nothing is impossible” someone should be a God, not common, weak human. Only for God nothing’s impossible. Men must accept this gloomy fact.
